garden merges with a natural sand beach with access easier to the stately Nahuel Huapi Lake, admired
not only for its beauty, but also as one of the most recognized
sport fishing settings for salmonids.
It is strategically located, halfway between Bariloche and Llao-Llao,
15 minutes away from two 18-hole golf courses and just 5 minutes
away from a 9-hole. For the winter sport lovers, Cerro Catedral ski resort is just 15 minutes away. For your comfort, and beyond the
peaceful surrounding, we are just 2 minutes away from a small
shopping centre which includes a supermarket, restaurants, take-away
meals restaurants, pharmacy, public telephones, launderette, bus
stop and a police station.

The House – Characteristics
The house, surrounded by a 2000 sq. meters garden and a 45
meters long lake shore with a private pier, is recognized as one of
the most beautiful houses in Bariloche.
Its 300 sq. meters are distributed into cozy rooms, all of which
offer a panoramic lake view.
The House - Interior
The master bedroom with a bathroom and two comfortable rooms
with a second full bathroom are located in the top floor. On the ground
floor, a spacious living room with a fireplace,
dining room, kitchen and breakfast area, grill room with all
amenities, and a gallery with a view to the Nahuel Huapi Lake,
together with a sitting room with a convertible sofa and a
bathroom.
In the service area we count with maid’s quarters and laundry.
The House – Services
The house accommodates up to 9 guests and it has central heating,
bed linen, cable TV, DVD, WI-FI, dishwasher, washing machine, a
6-burner cooker, double oven, refrigerator and freezer,
microwave oven and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
We offer maid service and parking for three vehicles.
Cabins – Characteristics
We also offer three comfortable cabins close to the lake,
each accommodating 6 to 7 guests, in which amenities include two
bedrooms, two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom, living room
with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen and central heating.
We also offer a grill room with a 2,5 mt. grill, crockery and
cutlery and a deck with a view to the lake, to enjoy barbecues
with friends and family.
Cabins - Services
The cabins are equipped with bed linen, coffee maker, toaster, cooker
with oven, refrigerator, cable TV and WI-FI. They also include maid service.
In the decks that each cabin has with a view to the lake, there are table and
garden chairs. There is also space for parking in the premises.
